Growing Roots is a gardening project for people with mental health issues who do not have access to a garden or growing space.  The project is small, and aims to help people to grow their own produce and to get some fresh air by taking part in an outdoor activity. 

Earthworks enables people of all abilities to learn and work together in nature. We support people with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, autism and mental health needs – alongside dedicated volunteers to develop and manage 3.5 acres of beautiful eco-gardens in St Albans.
