Great Big Green Week: The Marshalswick BIG Lunch in Great Big Green Week (BYO picnic)
The BIG Lunch in Great Big Green Week...Bring Your Own Picnic (indoors), with FREE Co-op Tea and Coffee (subject to availability). In the morning (from 10:30am) you can visit the Marshalswick Community Garden, St Albans, for Zentangles (book via https://theolliefoundation.org/what-we-do/calendar/ ), join volunteers for Grow and Gather and watch a Bokashi Composting demonstration (by https://soilsquad.uk/). Then, grab your picnic and head on over to the adjacent Marshalswick Community Centre at 1pm, where you could share or swap a recipe with a friend, donate a tin or 2 to either the St Albans Foodbanks or St Albans Community Fridge, meet Sustainable St Albans, Play games and Have Fun! (If sharing or swapping food please be mindful of all Allergens and ensure all ingredients are labelled. Children are very welcome under parental/guardian's supervision.)
