Calling all young Planet protectors

The Green House are running a monthly Climate club for 7 – 12 year olds. Join us on on the 1st Saturday of the month from 10.30am – 12pm for some planet friendly fun! Our focus this academic year will move from plastic pollution to air pollution which will involve working with a larger number of local schools and more closely with the District and County Councils. I am hoping that we will be out and about a bit more this term too as you can see below and thought you might like to see some photos from our fabulous trip on Monday to Tesco HQ and the article in the St Albans Times. Sat 6th September: Launch of project and regular favourites such as testing vegan products. Sat 4th October: Air quality monitoring on London Road with Councillor Matt Fisher/Preparation of materials for anti-idling campaign. Sat 1st November: Stall on St Albans Charter Market raising awareness for our Cleaner Air campaign. Sat 6th December: Anti-idling campaign on London Road in collaboration with the Co-op/Christmas fun!
