To submit your video story to us please use the guide below to signup for a account with Zivver. Then email us using Zivver to GreenerTogether@stalbans.gov.uk

Create a free Zivver account

How to create a free Zivver account. With the free account you can send secure emails with Zivver.

Procedure

1. Go to the Zivver WebApp signup page.
2. Enter your e-mail address.
3. Click Sign up.
   You get an email from Zivver in the email box of your email address.
4. Go to your mailbox.
5. Open the email from Zivver.
6. Click Complete registration.
   A new window opens.
7. Enter your full name.
8. Create a strong password. Then, enter the password again.
9. Select I agree with the General Terms and Conditions for Consumers and the Privacy and Cookie Statement.
10. Click Activate.
    You now get an email with a recovery code in the inbox of your email address. Save this recovery code. You need it when your password changes.
11. Click Continue.
    You successfully created a Zivver account.
12. Set a two-factor authentication (2FA).
    These are the alternatives for 2FA:
    • Log in with an SMS code
    • Use an Authenticator App
    • Use the Chrome Authenticator extension
